Jan, who recently retired and joins our Life Members' Register was the first woman to join the Toastmasters and Masters of Ceremonies Federation.

Combining the sophistication and formality of the toastmaster's traditional role with grace and femininity, Jan's experience and professionalism won her the honour of becoming president of the Federation in 2000.
