Owen, who recently retired joins our Life Members' Register.

Owen's vast experience, over many years, of all types of functions made him widely known throughout Essex, Suffolk, Kent and London for his expertise at Masonic, Civic, Jewish and many other functions.

International duties in the Middle East and Channel Islands were also a feature of his Toastmaster work.
